Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control automated manufacturing equipment to production processes
  • Accurately document processes and legal chart recorders
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment
  • Complete preventive maintenance tasks
  • Communicate issues to appropriate parties
  • Run various laboratory samples
  • Must work with cleaning chemicals

Requirements:

  • Looking for a methodical thinker that can receive and process information in a short amount of time
  • Looking for a quick learner that is able to make decisions on his/her own.
  • Mathematical skills needed
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
  • Must be able to work in a standing, crouching, bending position for long periods
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Troubleshooting skills are needed
  • Must be self motivated to continue learning
  • Must have good people skills and interact with several departments
  • High School Diploma

Bonus Traits:

  • Previous experience operating pasteurizers
  • Previous experience blending, batching, or mixing
  • Background in food processing, cultured dairy industry, or liquid processing industries
  • Familiar with GMP, HACCP, PPE
  • Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point experience
