- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of two or more years of experience in:
- Customer service
- Clerical/Administrative Assistance
EDUCATION:
Minimum high school diploma or GED
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Full-Time in-person office environment
- Follow current dress code policy with expectation of more business appropriate attire and self-presentation beyond basic guidelines

Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
COMPENSATION:
Starting Hourly Rate: $18.00
Annual Salary: $37,440 - $46,800
Hourly; non-exempt; annual cost of living increases, and bonuses based on both defined expectations and observed performance contingent upon approved annual operating budget
