Trinity Christian Academy is looking for a Dean of Upper School Students. The role of Dean of Upper School Students is to maintain a strong, biblically based student culture, as well as, to partner with Upper School faculty in their mission to educate students. This role is intended to ensure that our school maintains our focus on the mission of educating and developing the whole person for the glory of God while preparing our them for college and beyond.
General Responsibilities
Required Education, Experience and Qualifications

Required advanced degree in educational leadership or administration (or related field) preferred

Teaching experience preferred

Skill in working in collaborative team-based environments

Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal; able to effectively communicate with large and small groups of students, teachers, or parents

Willing to partner with parents to provide an exceptional education academically, spiritually and socially; committed to educate and develop the whole person for the glory of God

Fully in line with TCA's Christian values and statement of faith
Physical, Mental and Environmental Requirements
- Normal physical demands of teaching (including, but not limited to standing, reaching, stooping, squatting down, kneeling, and occasional lifting)
- Must be able to give, receive and analyze information, prepare written materials and input information into a computer
- Must be able to effectively communicate with colleagues, students and parents, answering questions in a professional and friendly manner
