A Jr Systems Administrator  is needed to setup, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Windows based products onsite and remotely. This position requires the ability to maintain professionalism, courtesy, and composure under pressure. The primary responsibility will be setting up and maintaining all technologies in an office environment including TV's, cabling, computers, printers, scanners, projectors, etc.

Professional Background Required:
  • Associates Degree in Computer Science with equivalent in work experience or a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or related fields

  • 0-3 years of experience in Help Desk or IT positions

  • Working on Certification A+ (or similar)

  • Strong knowledge with Microsoft Windows 10

  • Understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, MS Servers, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File & Printer Sharing

  • Knowledge of upgrading, patching workstation operating systems

  • Strong oral and written communication

  • Good organizational skills

  • Attend department and business meetings as need to provide insight and understanding of solution deployment, monitoring and maintenance

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
