Trinity Christian Academy is looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and knowledgeable employee to join our education community who meets the following criteria:

Work on a team to provide support to 300 faculty/staff, 1,370 students, and more than 3,000 devices (computers, iPads, document cameras, Promethean boards, printers, IP phones, and SWIVL systems) on Windows and Apple operating systems. Support the Technology Department in administrative capacities as well as Tier 1 basic technology support.

  • Manage ordering and payment life cycle
  • Perform general administrative tasks - office tasks, telephone, emails, travel arrangements, conference registrations, purchasing, shipping and receiving, oversee facility scheduling needs
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with outside vendors
  • Coordinate scheduling of installation of new devices and software
  • Manage IT asset management system
  • Maintain safety stock for critical items
  • Assist with device checkout, assignment of devices, device collection, warranty statuses, and database updates
  • Tier 1 level technology support for Windows, Apple OSX and iOS devices
  • Work with Director of Technology to support special projects

Required Education, Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience with purchasing, working with vendors, and inventory management
  • Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills
  • Must be able to comfortably and effectively communicate and collaborate with co-workers as a team
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office365 OneDrive and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams)
  • Ability to follow written and verbal direction and resolve issues within the scope of assigned responsibility
  • Proficient time-management skills
  • Must be able to efficiently manage and schedule multiple tasks and high priorities with minimal supervision
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and procedures quickly

Physical, Mental and Environmental Requirements

  • Normal physical demands of working with technical equipment
  • Must be able to give, receive and analyze information, prepare written materials and input information into a computer
  • Must be able to effectively communicated with colleagues, students and parents, answering questions in a professional and friendly manner

Salary: Commensurate with experience
