AM LOBBY ATTENDANT

Summary: To service and maintain the cleanliness of all public areas including public and employee restrooms, lobbies and department offices in accordance with ZaZa Standards.

Essential Functions:

1. To ensure that the hotel lobbies and public areas are serviced throughout the day.
2. Clean, sweeper, vacuum, mop, dust and pick up trash, glasses, paper goods as needed
3. To service all men's and ladies' public restrooms in lobby areas.
4. Responds to guest requests for lobby area and business center.
5. To service all department offices for basic cleaning.
6. Services both men's and ladies' employee locker rooms. Replenish needed supplies.

Working Environment:

1. Interior of hotel/ outer as needed. Exposure to extreme heat and humidity.
2. Exposure to hazardous laundry cleaning chemicals
3. Potential exposure to HAZCOM materials/OSHA training

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to:

• Stand;
• Walk;
• Use hands to handle, or feel;
• Reach with hands and arms;
• Climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl;
• Talk or hear and taste or smell;
• Sitting; minimal
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; ability to push and pull objects
• Specific vision abilities required by this job to see, read, write. Must be able to communicate with guests in English.
