MINI BAR ATTENDANT AUSTIN - FT

Summary: Services the in room mini bar by stocking, inventorying, and maintaining presentation of food, beverage, and liquor items. Accurately completes consumption items list and charges these items to the correct hotel guests’ bill. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Essential Functions:

1. Prepare daily work assignments.
2. Check and set-up mini bar cart with replenishment items for the mini bar.
3. Service in room mini-bars by stocking, inventorying, and replenishing.
4. Complete consumption report.
5. Post consumption report information as in room charges to appropriate guests’ hotel bill.
6. Follow all proper Hotel safety policies and procedures and use safety equipment as needed.

Tools and Equipment:

1. Mini bar cart;
2. Food, beverage, and liquor items.

Working Environment:

1. Interior of hotel, kitchen, and guestroom.
2. Exposure to hazardous cleaning chemicals, extreme temperatures, and various food and beverage items that may cause allergens.
3. Potential exposure to HAZCOM materials /OSHA training

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to:
