As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the face of our hotel—greeting guests with warmth, helping them feel at home, and making every stay memorable.
What You’ll Do:
1. Warmly greet all guests using the 10-5 Rule; introduce yourself at the first opportunity.
2. Use guest names whenever possible to personalize interactions.
3. Be fully versed in the check-in/check-out procedures and hotel policies.
4. Opera systems efficiently operate for seamless guest arrival and departure.
5. Proactively identify guest needs and offer assistance or escalate as necessary.
6. WOW guests by handling various scenarios with professionalism an care.
7. Promote hotel amenities and assist with future room reservations.
8. Remain knowledgeable about ZIP loyalty program offering and benefits.
9. Maintain understanding of the hotel’s organization, departments, and facilities (Dallas & Houston locations).
10. Adhere to grooming standards, uniform policies, and wear a Z-pin.
11. Complete tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
12. Follow all hotel safety procedures, using equipment properly and reporting hazards immediately.
13. Be familiar with and able to operate all technical equipment at the front desk.
