RESPONSIBILITIES
- The design manager will produce custom brand identity and leasing materials for 2-3 Class A multifamily projects per year.
- The design manager will produce brand design concepts, working with our internal team to develop the project narrative. The designer will build a brand guide and custom elements including a logomark, wordmark, taglines, brand pattern, type hierarchy, color palette, and custom illustrations.
- The design manager will design the project print collateral including brochures, stationery package, business cards, and letterhead.
- The design manager will art direct outside vendors, including the property website, social media, display ads, signage, renderings, and photography, giving feedback to ensure brand consistency and quality.
- The design manager will update and produce company marketing materials, including pitch decks, company website, and internal communications.
