StreetLights Residential (“SLR”) is a privately-owned real estate development company with a focus on design-centric mixed-use and multifamily development across the Sun Belt regions. Since its founding in 2011, SLR has overseen the development and construction of over 15,600 units representing over $4.4 billion of total capitalization across markets in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.
SLR crafts beautiful places that lift the human spirit. We develop luxury multifamily properties with a sophisticated sense of place. We take pride in building a space that someone will call home. We have proven success with complicated mixed-use, urban and high-rise projects that consistently return the highest rents and sales prices in their submarkets. SLR builds with the neighborhood in mind. We take into consideration the architectural environment and context of the property to create a building that is endearing to the community.
SLR is seeking a Multifamily Home Designer to provide drafting and modeling support to the Planning and Design-Build teams. The Multifamily Home Designer will be tasked with modeling new unit types and modifying existing unit types to fit the requirements of the design direction, while assisting with efforts to document all within the framework of the established SLR modeling and documentation standards. In addition to creating and modifying units, the Multifamily Home Designer, under the supervision of the Architecture and Interior Design Director, will assist in curating and maintaining an active “SLR Unit Catalogue.”
Other similar duties, such as creating Revit families, practicing graphics standards, or managing template and detail library tasks, may be assigned between regular, unit-focused assignments.
