Sales Representative

Now Hiring: Sales Pro with Hustle, Grit & Technical Chops
Territory: West Coast, US

  • Are you a strategically savvy sales pro with a knack for building relationships and solving problems with high-tech solutions?
  • Do you love turning customer statements from “I’m just looking” into “When can we start!?!”
  • Do large-scale automation projects, capital equipment planning, and facility upgrades make your inner sales engineer lean in a little?

Then keep reading—you might be exactly who we’re looking for!

Kannegiesser ETECH, the leader in industrial laundry solutions, is on the hunt for a Sales Representative to expand our West Coast territory representing our full line of industrial laundry equipment, rail systems, and automation software. This isn’t about pushing product—it’s about helping customers across industries solve big challenges with smarter systems.

You’ll identify opportunities, visit customer sites, recommend equipment configurations, and close deals that bring real value.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan for your territory.
  • Prospecting and qualifying leads across industries like industrial laundry, healthcare, and hospitality.
  • Conducting on-site visits and equipment demos. (You’ll get to show off some seriously cool tech like robots that fold laundry!).
  • Acting as a trusted advisor—offering tailored solutions, not cookie-cutter pitches.
  • Preparing proposals, closing deals, and keeping customer relationships strong.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (engineering, service, project managers) to ensure customer success.
  • Staying sharp on trends, competitors, and tech updates.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in technical, industrial, or capital equipment. Bonus points if you know the laundry industry. Even better if you love it!
  • A proactive sales professional who manages their territory with an ownership mindset, while collaborating closely with a supportive and responsive team.
  • A relationship-focused professional who excels at solution selling and is committed to earning long-term customer trust and loyalty.
  • Strong communicator with technical curiosity and business sense.
  • Organized and dependable, with strong follow-through and a reputation for keeping tasks—and promises—on track.

You'll sell industry-leading solutions, make a real impact for customers, and be supported by a company that cares about your success and is driven by our Core Values of We Care, Do What’s Right, Team Player, Positive Influence, and Driven to Achieve.

And we’re serious about long-term growth—for our customers and our people. In fact, the average tenure of our Sales Representatives is over 16 years, a reflection of the trust, support, and opportunity we provide every step of the way.

Perks & Benefits

  • Training, development, and product onboarding.
  • Supportive team culture.
  • Industry-leading reputation and the coolest tech in the industry
