Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answers phone calls in a timely manner and responds to walk-in customers as needed.
- Ensures cash drawer is balanced.
- Coordinates deliveries and pickups.
- Generates accurate rental contracts, updates and closes rental contracts, and makes calls to customers with overdue contracts
- Maintains professional appearance of showroom
- Communicates with Service Department and Sales Department as needed
- Maintains an organized process for tracking phone calls and managing both incoming calls and walk in customers
- Processes customer purchase orders
