This position contributes to the success of Eatzi’s by accurately and efficiently processing payroll, reviewing and maintaining new hire paperwork, and maintaining ACA hours within the HRIS.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
- Weekly review of hourly hiring for document compliance.
- Prepare 401k deferrals and upload them to 401k provider.
- Process uniform orders for markets and manage uniform inventory.
- Protects organization's value and employee’s trust by keeping information confidential.
- Update and maintain ACA hours within the HRIS.
- Communicate with co-workers, management, vendors, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Â Assists with other duties as assigned by HR Manager and CFO.
2. Assists with annual mailing of tax documents for employees.
3. Â Works on special projects for accounting.
4. Assists HR Manager with investigations, open enrollment, and other store visits as necessary.
