TCA is one of the largest, single-campus, preK-12 schools in the country, serving over 1,450 students on a 40+ acre campus. We have a well staffed Safety and Security department comprised of former police officers and detectives. We are looking for someone to take on the administrative duties of supporting this department with the day to day operational needs. In this role you will have daily interaction with visitors and staff, while successfully providing administrative support to the Safety and Security department.
General Responsibilities
- Be familiar with and comfortable using basic Microsoft Office programs – Word, Excel and Outlook
- Be comfortable learning and able to quickly master software programs used by the Safety and Security Team – including but not limited to DSX Access Control Systems, Avigilon Camera Monitoring, Titan HST Communications Application, Cloud Badging, FSDirect Facility Management, Raptor Visitor Management System
- Be able to communicate equally effectively in various types of engagements – telephone, email, face to face, text etc
- Possess good writing skills
- Be flexible enough to switch from one task to another with little to no notice if the situation necessitates
- Be dependable and self-motivated, working with little to no oversite or direction once familiar with job task
- Possess common sense with the confidence to think through tasks and anticipate needs based on the requested actions
- Must be able to give, receive and analyze information, prepare written materials and input information into computerÂ
Required Education, Experience and Qualifications
