Courtroom Sciences, Inc. ("CSI") has been a national leader in comprehensive litigation support services since 1989. Through extensive use of web-based and other technologies, CSI continues to meet the needs of clients while leaning on extensive and invaluable experience in major litigation across America. We are currently seeking a Calendar Manager.

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Case Manager will collaborate with clients and/or vendors to schedule depositions, arbitrations, transcriptions, and video jobs; allocate and assign court reporters, videographers, and interpreters; locate and schedule conference room space. 

POSITION OVERVIEW:

1. Provides accurate and timely information to all clients/vendors for all scheduling and/or pending calendar-related matters

2. Enters and analyzes all information related to hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and transcriptions

3. Manages and maintains contact with attorneys, paralegals, clients, and vendors to ensure that all task-specific needs are met

4. Maintains a high level of confidentiality in regard to all client/vendor matters associated with all pending and/or upcoming events

5. Contacts and collaborates with vendors to ensure that services are rendered in a timely fashion in accordance with client preferences, as agreed upon at the time of scheduling

6. Ensures follow-up is conducted with court reporters and videographers for job submission(s)

7. Maintains and submits all business-related expenses in a timely manner as outlined by company policy

8. Collaborates with all departments of Global Deposition Services to ensure a continuous quality product is delivered to each client

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Associate/ Bachelors degree or relevant experience

2. Must be a detail-oriented individual with an emphasis on legal terminology

3. Professional communication skills

4. Excellent organizational skills

5. Multi-tasking skills required

6. Ability work independently to achieve goals and targets

7. Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, department and corporate goals;

8. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers;

9. Adaptable to a fast-paced environment

OPERATING RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work performed and composed of a variety of different tasks, calling for use of judgment; and compliance with HIPPA laws. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.

Requires excellent interpersonal skills and computer literacy. Manages a number of projects at one time, and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of employees.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

None.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Normal office conditions.
