Position Overview
The Receptionist is responsible for answering all incoming phone calls and transferring them as needed to the appropriate department or personnel in a timely and courteous manner. This position is also responsible for cheerfully and respectfully greeting any customers or visitors and assisting them as needed.

This position reports to the branch Operations Manager.

Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer calls to appropriate department or personnel
- Greet and assist on site customers and visitors as needed
- Process special handling invoices and send them to designated personnel
- Print, stuff, and mail all customer statements on daily/monthly basis
- Collect and process all incoming and outgoing mail each day
- Maintain copy machines and printers in front office
- Order office supplies and business cards as scheduled
- Prepare letters and memos
- Prepare Safety Training Certificates as requested
- Complete special projects as requested
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education, Skills, and Professionalism
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ideal candidate must enjoy working in a hands-on, fast paced environment, and be able to multi-task and thrive under pressure

Working Conditions
This position requires one to operate in a professional office environment. Work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. This position is a sedentary position that requires 8 hours of sitting at a desk in a climate-controlled environment with frequent computer, mouse, 10 key touch, photocopier, scanner, and phone work.
