Job Purpose:
- The Wine Driver at KEG1 RIVER CITY LLC is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of wine products to our valued customers. This full-time position requires a professional individual who is committed to providing exceptional service and maintaining the integrity of our products during transportation. The role involves driving company vehicles, adhering to delivery schedules, and representing the company in a positive manner to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport wine and spirit products to designated locations, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Verify and load wine products onto delivery vehicles, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, acting as an ambassador for KEG1 RIVER CITY LLC.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any delivery-related inquiries or concerns.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, prioritizing safety at all times.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes.
- Handle wine products with care to prevent damage and preserve quality during transportation.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, reporting any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of wine products, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay informed about company policies and product updates.
- Uphold KEG1 RIVER CITY LLC's standards of service excellence and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:
- Professional driving experience, preferably in a delivery or logistics role.
- Proven track record of safe driving with a clean driving record.
- Experience in handling and transporting fragile goods, such as wine or similar products, is highly preferred.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of local and regional roadways, with the ability to navigate efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ability to operate delivery vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items, up to 50 pounds, regularly.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure vehicle reliability.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate with dispatch and clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accountability and reliability.
