  • LPN Range: Pay $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Review medical records, document patient data, and provide multi-dimensional care.
  • Pre-Procedure: Administer I.V. drip and perform pre-procedure history.
  • Safety First: Communicate concerns about patient safety directly to the Practice Administrator and/or Physician.
  • Emergency Response: Recognize changes in patient health status and respond to emergencies.
  • Performance Improvement: Monitor performance and participate in improvement activities.

 

Work Environment:

  • Indoor, Climate-Controlled: Patient care environment with potential exposure to chemical and electrical hazards, unpleasant odors, blood, and bodily fluids.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work under stress, lift and transfer up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally. Requires pushing, pulling, and utilizing a full range of body movement.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Education: Associates degree in nursing. Active and valid LVN license.

Experience: 2-5 years of prior LVN experience is preferred. Prior GI or Internal Medicine experience is a plus.
