Position Purpose

As Business Optimization Manager, GI Alliance is seeking an individual with a healthcare operations background to drive process improvements and be part of a high-growth, purpose-driven team.

This role will be responsible for managing improvement projects from initiation to closure to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate organizational performance. This includes managing all aspects of the project, including scope, budget, timeline, planning, stakeholders, risks, and change management. It will also include operations manager support and electronic medical record training dissemination/evaluation. The individual needs to be equipped to prepare, analyze and present data analytics.

The position will have a direct impact on the strategic goals, quality improvement, and operational efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

· Display verbal and written communication skills across all relevant stakeholders including staff, management, physicians, and senior leadership.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement across the company. Develop and implement optimized processes to streamline operations.

· Assist in developing project scopes and objectives. This includes developing associated timelines.

· Prepare and analyze data analytics to monitor performance metrics and implement optimization strategies.

· Assist in the annual strategic planning process for the company.

· Manage a relationship with the associated practices and all stakeholders.

· Establish and maintain relationships with the practice team, internal team and with third parties/vendors.

· Facilitate a change management process when applicable.

· Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.

· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or project management from an accredited university preferred.

Experience: 3 – 5 years of healthcare experience required.

Travel: up to 25% travel

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Proficient technical (computer) skills.

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

· Self-motivated with initiative.

· Strong sense of ethics.

Equipment Operated: This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Work Environment: This job operates in professional office environments.
