New Client Setup Assistant, Oklahoma City
We are currently searching for a New Client Setup Admin Asst. to join our operations team. This position is full-time. A degree is not required, but promotion opportunities are available upon completion of a Bachelor’s degree. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong data entry and typing skills and pay close attention to detail. The assistant will be responsible for assisting New Client Setup Specialists, filing, distributing mail, and additional project work assigned by management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Accounting or payroll related experience is a plus.
Payroll Internship, Oklahoma City
We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist Intern to assist our Operations teams with a variety of responsibilities. Daily activities will include assisting our new client set-up team with conversions to the Paycom system, assisting the Tax Department with projects, data entry, and other projects as delegated by management. Candidates must be computer proficient, detail oriented, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Payroll Specialist, Oklahoma City, Dallas
Paycom’s dedicated Payroll Specialists are responsible for maintaining accounts and assisting clients with ensuring their payroll is processed accurately and timely. Our goal is to strive for 100 percent client retention so our specialists should be positive, personable, customer-service oriented individuals who are quick learners, multi-taskers, organized and detail-oriented.
Daily responsibilities include helping clients with payroll processing, tax projects, training, and researching and resolving problems.
A bachelor’s degree is required for this position. Other preferred skills include: good typing skills, good telephone skills, highly organized, cooperative and willing to work with others, customer friendly attitude, ability to use computer applications, copier, fax machine, and telephone.
Sales Internship, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Denver and Atlanta
We are currently seeking graduating SENIORS for a Sales Internship database project. Daily activities will include working with our proprietary database by contacting prospects and updating their contact information, researching prospective leads for industry specific targeted marketing, and assisting with direct mail campaigns. Candidates must be computer proficient, detail oriented, and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills. An interest in outside sales is preferred. Sales Representative, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Dallas, Denver, Atlanta, Chicago
Who we are looking for:
We are seeking degreed, energetic, confident and competitive individuals to market our web-based Payroll and HR solutions and services to businesses.
What you will be doing:
Daily responsibilities will include meeting with potential clients and discussing their payroll needs, as well as building relationships with banks and CPA’s for referral sources. We are a sales-focused organization and it is our goal to equip our Sales Representatives with the best training and tools possible.
What we have to offer:
Sales Reps with no prior outside sales experience will receive a starting base salary of $30,000 plus commission. Reps with 2 or more years of outside sales experience start at $40,000 plus commission. Base salaries can quickly be increased to $50,000 and $60,000 by hitting sales goals. There are no ceilings on commissions. Automobile and cell phone allowances are also paid. We provide our team members with the following tools and support:

Software Developer, Oklahoma City
Paycom is seeking degreed individuals to join our Information Technology team. In order to meet the demands of our rapidly growing client base, we are currently seeking Software Developers.
The ideal candidate for this position will enjoy writing code, developing software applications and working in a team environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is required and software engineering experience is preferred.
